Ferryhill away was always going to be a tricky game for the jags. The match started and the jags with Temple in the heart of defence with Imelia and Quinn sat just in front they looked like they were up for the challenge with keeping the ferryhill lads away with Turner and O'neil on the wing and Dixon in attack the jags looked dangerous going forward the first 5 mins both sides looking to breack the deadlock but it was the jags who took the lead with a nice team goal that finished with Imelia who set Quinn away that finished with a cool right foot finish into the bootom left corner.1-0
But ferryhill picked up their game and going close with a few low drives which just went past the post it was Brown in goal who set the next attack away kicking the ball down field that man again Imelia turned with the ball and played the pass to that man Quinn again score 2-0 with half time approaching the jags made it 3-0 with Quin completing his hatrick.

Second half started with whithorn replacing an unwell O'neil with the jags totally dominating the second half manger gibson made changes in the second half with Dixon coming off for C Brown, Quinn for Howes and Turner for Mckimm and it was C Brown who went close on 2 occasions with the ferryhill keeper making some beautiful saves to keep the jags from scoring more and also whithorn hit the bar late into the game but the jags weren't to be denied their first win of the season and deservedly so.Full time 3-0.
